With over 15 years of experience in product management, Jake previously directed Support & Protect initiatives at Instacart for nearly 5 years and spent almost a decade at Facebook developing critical security features like Login Approvals, Trusted Contacts, and Anti-bullying tools. His expertise spans from site integrity and fraud prevention to building user-centric privacy controls and safety mechanisms. A Bowdoin College graduate with degrees in Psychology and Latin American Studies, Jake combines technical knowledge with user behavior insights to create secure digital experiences. His career reflects a consistent commitment to safeguarding user trust and ensuring reliable experiences across major technology platforms, now applying this expertise at the forefront of artificial intelligence.
